PRE-EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

WORK Inc. offers two employment programs for individuals as young as 14 up to age 22 through Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission.

Developing a job and career in a field you enjoy is a challenge getting more difficult every day in our rapidly changing world. These programs explore students’ working conditions, work tolerance, career choices, and opportunities. The programs ensure that every student is self-empowered with the knowledge and experience necessary to tailor a job to their unique contributions.

WORK Inc. has designed an inclusive model that values sustainable employment for all participants. WORK Inc. strives to integrate vocational goals with real-world placements. We take the time to understand who you are as a candidate and work to develop employment that showcases you at your best.

Through guided discovery, students look to uncover the answers to personal questions. Establishing a service connection with WORK Inc., staff will cultivate a relationship resulting in a seamless continuation of adult services for students upon exiting high school.
