WELCOME TO DEAF SERVICES 

WORK Inc.’s Deaf Services has rapidly grown over the past few years and are now offering more services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals.

Currently, the highly trained staff of 80, all of whom are either Deaf or fluent in American Sign Language, serve over 150 individuals.  WORK Inc. prides itself on being well versed in Deaf culture, uses the latest technology (video phones), and offers daily interpreter services.

WORK Inc. offers Community Based Day Services,  Employment and Residential programs for individuals who are Deaf and hard of hearing individuals.

Work Inc. runs eight residences with twenty-four-hour staff specifically for Deaf individuals, a Supported Living Program, and Shared Living.  Deaf Services offers clinical services and provides vocational training and placement services with the specific needs of Deaf individuals using our person-centered policies.

Additionally, Deaf Services works closely with the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission providing assessments, skills training, and career development skills.  We expect these programs to continue to grow, and WORK Inc. is proud to be on the cutting edge of services to the Deaf community.
