WORK Inc. is seeking to advance the career outcomes of individuals with Autism. We are looking to engage those interested in obtaining full-time employment in career paths of their choice. The project will measure benefit reduction as it relates to wage earnings and full-time employment.
This program will include:
• Individualized and group career exploration and development
• Classroom and individual activities geared towards job retention and advancement
• Integrated group and individual clinical and social supports,
• A strong component of post placement supports to enhance career advancement opportunities.
Interested Participants will meet the following requirements:
• Documented Primary Diagnosis of Autism
• Possess a high school diploma
• Be able to self-transport
• Have consistent transportation to make classes and meetings at 25 Beach Street Dorchester, MA 02122
• Desire to pursue full time employment
