Paul Lemieux, CFO
Paul Lemieux joined WORK Inc. in June 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer providing financial leadership and partnering with WORK Inc.’s management team to provide the necessary supports to ensure the agency is on solid financial ground.
Prior to joining WORK Inc., Paul served as Chief Operating Officer of Mainstay Supportive Housing & Home Care, Inc. for seventeen years. At Mainstay Paul was responsible for the overall administration of staff and operations under the direct supervision of the President/CEO. He was actively involved in strategic planning to ensure the organization’s financial strength, and directly oversaw all key areas including finance, property management, IT, human resources, communications and development.
During his time at Mainstay, Paul played a lead role in the development of new affordable housing, as well as preserving a number of Mainstay’s original projects though HUD’s refinancing program. Prior to joining Mainstay, Paul held a number of senior finance positions at both private and public companies, including ABB Optical, Big & Tall Shoppes of America, Arnold Worldwide Advertising and Scandinavian Design Furniture Company, where he developed and implemented systems (both manual and automated) that enhanced operations, streamlined processes and improved bottom-line results. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
