Fiona Healey first joined WORK Inc. in 1998 when she moved to the US from the United Kingdom. Fiona has over 25 years of experience working in Human Services and during her time at WORK Inc. has held many different leadership roles. In her current role as Vice President she oversees the WORK Inc. Quality Assurance Department, and is responsible for agency regulatory review accreditation, value-based compliance, satisfaction, and establishing guidelines, policies and practices that enhance the highest quality of services possible. Fiona also oversees Training and Professional Development and is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of our employee training program. Fiona’s role also includes oversight of the agency’s Family Support Services Department that provides outreach and support to over 350 families in the Greater Boston area. Fiona holds a B.A. (Hons) Degree in Applied Social Studies from Staffordshire University and a Graduate Certificate in Administration and Finance from Suffolk University.
